Sasha & Sadie’s Celebrity Autographs Effective January 1st 2012 Changes to our Payment Policy To Our Valued Registered Users: Due to changes taking place with our suppliers and agents in the field we will be incorporating changes to our payment policy, effective January, 1, 2012
Our suppliers and agents are now going to be paid each week. It has not been fair to them to wait several weeks before being paid for the hard work they do for our company.
Effective January 1st the change to our payment policy is as follows:
Any items bought or won are to be paid no later than 3 days from the purchase or auction win date. If you create your own invoice or we generate and send one to you it should be paid within 3 days. This time frame for making payments is consistent with other e-commerce sites on the internet.
What we do next is up to you.
All paid orders will be shipped upon receiving payment.
If you would like us to hold your recently paid order and build on your shipping discount, please let us know by email. We will set your paid order aside for you. Your next invoice will be discounted so shipping is only .50 per item. Your shipping discount will continue on all of your additional invoices until you let us know you want your paid orders shipped. All of your orders will then be shipped together.
You will receive the shipping discounts we have always offered. That does not change. You decide how much you want to save on shipping. The only process that is changing is the time in which you send us payment on your invoices.
This will enable us to make weekly payments to our suppliers and agents who work hard to provide all the wonderful items we offer. Interruption in payments to them can trickle down to fewer items turned in and thus fewer items for us to offer to our family of registered users.
